hoists manufactured by Macmet have special application for transporting raw
feed material in batches to the processing equipment.
Skip hoists are a solution in places where space restrictions do not permit
use of conventional belt conveyor systems.
A skip hoist consists of a bucket raised or lowered with a motorized winch
drive. The bucket is equipped with wheels, which move along the guide rails
fixed to the structural framework.
The bucket tips at the uppermost point of travel and returns down
automatically after a fixed preset time interval.
